developed a program to help seniors and their families make a smooth
transition to comfortable retirement living. Mature adults have diverse
attitudes, opinions, needs and resources so our trained Relocation
Counselors begin by getting to understand the immediate needs of the
senior. If a retirement community is preferred, we work with our network
of realtors around the country to help find the desired community and
lifestyle. If care levels are needed we can refer individuals to outside
elder care managers or trained specialists and provide an information
package on assisted living care facilities/programs available in the
metropolitan area. Senior Services include:
- Pre-move consultation
- Information packages for different communities and/or
facilities
- Orientation tour of retirement communities
- Home
Sale assistance on presently owned home including negotiating/closing assistance
- Household goods move management
(including discounts
on moving services and priority scheduling). Our
Century 21 Best, Inc. Home Services program provides savings and convenience throughout the move
and even after you are situated in your new home.
